a nearside front headlamp bulb from please?

 

A friend who looked at it says it looks as though the whole lamp has to come out in order to change the bulb - is this right?

No you dont have to take out the whole lamp, its the same as 90% of cars out the just the bulb bit comes out the back.

 

Do a search for "bulbs where from" should get loads of results.

For Jap Import you either need a H3C headlight bulb, or convert the housing to accept a regular H3 headlight bulb (involves wiring up the an early wire) - Cant find instructions right now.

 

I thought I saw H3C bulbs in halfords the other day, but have definatly seen them on ebay.

Luke at ZCentre does them - have had to replace left and right on mine - next day delivery aswell.

l I brought a 2 pin bulb from nissan in the end after searching halfords and every motorfactor in town, and them looking at the bulb blankly . £22 next day del .But now its brighter than the other side.Headlights are rubbish on my z i had to use front fogs the other nite just to see,reflectors look fine. :bow:

how do you wire up the H3 bulbs then? tried the link but dont seem to work. wouldnt mind broghter lights !!!
