Forum breath testing - mods?

Can we have a method of breath testing forum members please, to stop them posting if they've had a skinful? ;)

 

Maybe forum logo'd "breath-mice" could be issued to repeat offenders, the ball could retract when it detects alcohol.

 

Or a sobriety test in addition to a logon, a steady hand test possibly.

 

Any other ideas?
