just got a little bit of welding to do on the crossmember underneath the rad

Easy job mate just becareful of the hose spigots on the rad, when you remove the rubber pipes and tighten the clips back up as they are very brittle, welding the crossmember is the mission as the aircon rad is most probs going to be in your way. Mine had nearly split in half :shock:

cheers mate, the bit im welding is directly under the rad so maybe it aint the cross member, fingers crossed lol

for simple removal of rad is remove the lower cowling if its still there,and remove the lower fan shroud which unclips that way there is no need to remove the viscous fan
