Weren't they just normal curly racing handles heated up and straightened out? That's what they did in my area anyway. Definitely was a craze for a while though.

There was also a raleigh bomber that was an early mountain bike thing.

I had a Tommahawk too complete with lollypop stick wedged in the spokes to make it sound like a motorbike

Fook me!-I had a Cinzia!, thought I had the only one in the country!!LOL!

Bright orange with front and rear shocks-when you stood up and pedalled you sort of ''bounced'' fookin thing! :smash:

Being a fat fecker I bent the seat stem so me dad flogged it! :slap:

A Raleigh Bomber :shock: . I remember them, with the big wheels and heavy frame. Hard as fook to pedal :cry:

Had the original chopper, with the gear stick thing between the legs. Wheelied like mad but didn't want to get it wrong ................ouch!
