bascily i was making love with my bird in my zed at 02.00 in the morning. :p

 

this was in a car park, an empty one. i know i shudnt have done that.

 

anyway a white fiesta drove in the car park and slowed next to my zed. i knew what they was thinking ,but they coudnt see me as the windows were steamy. they probably wanted to knick it, so i switched on my lights. they went and then i thought na better leave. so as i was about to put on my clothes cars came. 1 a black astra and the other was a white fiesta. they were coming up to my car and i switched on my car and ust drove off as fast as possible. i tried to lose them but i couldnt because

 

1 it was raining

2 the raod was like a slalom.

 

this went on for 10 mins and the astra was no where to be seen but the fiesta was very quick.

 

i had to think fast and thought the best way to lose them would be on the motorway.

 

so i lost them and i slowed down. 10 mins later i was doing 50 miles and all of a sudden i car was heading towards the kerb i quickly gained control and slowed right down.

 

this was a fukin scary moment all this driving with no clothes on lol.

 

luckily i had 10 pounds of super unleaded and must have finished it in 25 mins lol. not that i care as my cars ok.

 

what shud i do now. they were trying to bash into my car and there was 4 of them as i saw them when i wound down my window.

you can buy my 290Bhp rs turbo with 100Bhp nos if ya like, i dont use it anymore it was to fast so i bought a Zed......

I some times do early shifts at work so have to be there for around 4am so I tested the 300 to its limits on how quick it would get there got it down to 6mins. When the 300 was having a full rebuild I was driving around in an 1800 XR2I, again had an early morn shift 7mins. Not much in them if on long straight roads then yes the 300 would piss it but I'll put money a standard 300 would have a job to loose me in the fiesta around country bends

Laugh if u like but i had a highly modded XR2 mk1 and that would piss alota people off.

Logically and techinacally a modded 1.6 that weighed less than half as much as a zed could quite easily keep up in the bends and short term acceleration....

Unless its a dead straight you wana think about reality....

A 300ZX in good condition should handle well. It's a supercar* and should outhandle a Fiesta.

 

It's just raped J-platers with every bush and bearing knackered plus old shocks can feel baggy.

Umm... not that I know particularly, but I *seriously* doubt this. My previous car was not a Fiesta, but a Clio (I know, it's a Renault, I know), which is fairly similar in terms of size and not totally dissimilar in handling (I had a go in a mate's Zetec, which it has to be said, was a bit tighter than my Renault, but not hugely). It was a fairly new (1998 new shape) 1.6, and quite nippy for what it was, but there is *absolutely no way on earth* it would either out-corner or out brake my zed (and for sure it wouldn't out-run it), which is a standard TT manual apart from 18" Lenso's. I can throw the zed into a corner at a much higher speed than I would have dared in the Clio.

 

Plus there's the fact that the guy behind the wheel of the Fiesta is hardly likely to have the driving skills of Schumacher or Colin Macrae. I cannot believe this guy found it hard to beat a Fiesta, even on a wet road.

well i had a genuine fiesta rs1800, that was tuned to about 150-160 bhp

 

it was also lowered on spax spring and shocks

 

it had a slightly larger brake set up with escort cossie rear discs

 

as fast as it was and as good as it handled, there is no way it could have out done me zed, infact the lad that bought it off me bought a 370 bhp sapphy cossie and that couldnt even keep up with me

 

so there :tongue:
