right i know thanks to pk1 that i need to go to the manage attachments part, im with it up till there.

 

but then when i select a pic from my pc it says image is too large, so how do i make them not too large??? :confused:

ok right klik on the piccy, and select edit, it will open it in the windows paint basic package thingy ( if your using xp)

 

then on the menu bar goto: Image it will then drop down goto stratch and skew then in the horizontal bar type 50 and in the vertical type 50 then save as, a jpeg on your desktop and give it a new name thats it smaller size of file and piccy!
