Hi,

 

Cleaning my car again yesterday and noticed theres a line of weld on each side of the car where the foot plate is. Is this nomal or am I getting worried abount nothing. The line of weld does not continue under the car as far as I can see.

Thanks PK1, I was well worried I had a ringer.

I thought I bought a cut and shut......So all 300's have the weld lines near the foot plate!

Anyone else noticed the weld lines?

noooooooooo!! there should be no welds at all there, its a cut & shut & potentially dangerous!! :eek:

no weld lines on mine, the rust has eaten them away lol
