Afc Advise Please

Hi,

 

When I purchased my car, the Apexi AFC installed was set to +3. Should I set it to 0 or leave it alone?

    can be lethal in the wrong hands,id get it setup on a rolling road so the fuel/air can be set to right amount otherwise all sorts of things can go bang so leave alone;)
