As above. The online manual says use dot3. I went to my local car dealer who told me they no longer do dot3 & topping up with dot4 would be ok. Any one have any advice on what brake fluid to use & can you just top up with dot4 or will i have to drain & refill from scratch?

If i put 5.1 in Rich Im sure i'll have to do a full bleed. For now I think I'll top up with 4 & do a full change when I brade the lines etc.

Cheers bud. Will deffo see you on tuesday. Got alot of catching up to do mate.

Yup, youd deffo need a full bleed if you put in 5.1!

Look forward to seeing you on Tues buddy! :D

I personally think dot4 is better.

You get the racing fluid, I mean proper track stuff and its all dot 4.
