Can someone with standard shocks and springs please measure the height from the floor to the bottom centre of both the front and rear wheel arches please... Already taken mine off to put coilovers on and need a base height to work from

yep, i forgot to check before i removed stock set, finished fitting front suspension parts today and i think i overcompensated on the front coilovers. she sits about an inch higher than before lol

oh dear well we all live and learn... i would have sat her on the deck and raised it till i could move it than thats good enough LOL :rofl: :rofl:

the thing is the overall length is alot shorter and the springs are alot stiffer so you just have to guess the first time round, now i know exactly how much to wind them back in so will be sorted tomorrow

gurr for under a £100 you can have a night camera with sound which you could hook up to a spare recorder and have peace of mind you could catch anybody doing it again ...i know its to l8 now but its a thought... my dad had his car hit by his next door neighbour had it all on video and the guy drove off :shock: needless to say his insurance company hates him with a passion as my dad claimed for the damage expenses and compensation as the car is used for my mums wheelchair... which he got cos of the tape ... just a thought for you

can someone double check this for me? i dropped my rear end to measure it and make sure and its coming out at 670mm not 630mm

Mine is 660mm rear and 665 front. Only difference is that I have 17" wheels, but that will make very little difference to the overal height.
