Bad language isn't allowed but widespread fraud is. Typical ebay, if you get screwed over they do 5hit all to help you after you've been robbed, and their subsidiary Paypal is just a big con designed to make people think they have some sort of consumer protection online when in fact its as useless as an inflatable dartboard. Its also perfectly acceptable to advertise charity concert tickets, but swearing, oh no!!!! something must be done about that.

well that was straight to the point lol

How come then its wrong to swear but it aint wrong to rob? They should concentrate their rules on stopping people getting their hard earned money stolen from them by so called fookin EBay Members.

I reckon you have a most poetic turn of phrase.....quite literary......

I got done for just under £700 from a ****er with 100% + feedback and Chavbay have not even replied to my emails

A good mate at work who I sit next to bought a limited edition CD from ebay. It wasn't the limited edition one when it turned up, just the normal one.

He compained to ebay and they refunded his money and said they'd look into the dodgy seller. But maybe that was a rare occurrence.

I don't have anything to do with it myself and I won't now having heard all this.

To be honest mate, I have picked up a few bargains but i am noticing lately a lot more con artists appearing on Ebay, and when they get found out some of them go to the papers and say how clever they are scamming all these poor inocent people, but what they dont think of is their are some right nutters who will get their contact details or even where the payment was sent, take a holiday and go and batter their bloody heads in.

Might make you laugh Mac but my mate bought a car stereo from Ebay (£180) and when it arrived the box was filled with rotten old apples. NO JOKE! The bloke aint answered he's emails either. FOOKIN B@strds mate. But why bother sending the box if you are going to rip off?

Get the blokes address and I'll come with you and batter him. not that you would need my help? But I would.

So far (touch wood) all my E-bay purchases (all 49 of them) have been great.

Best buy so far was a brand new 300zx apexi filter kit for £56-00.

Got a load of Yamaha audio equipment at excellent prices too.

My Snooper and G-tech also came from E-bay

FFS we all like a laugh and a joke but what is the point in doing that? However some people out there are complete ****ERS!.

I have this goons address and I am not letting it go I tell thee;)

On a more serious note did you send back an e-mail to e-bay sayin thats fair enough but he did need to take the cock out out of his mouth and stop sellin freebies that came out of a cornflakes box!!!....oh and tell em to start doin their jobs properly intead of creamin the money in and leavin honest people fooked over  :xxx: :xxx:

Maybe I am being a bit soft, but I believe in old traits such as honesty and respect. It seems that the world has gone mad when you cant even trust someone to send you the goods you have paid for. .....

People that rip people off should be hounded, named and shamed to stop people from sending them money. I wouldn't dream of ripping someone off like that. Fair is fair...

Rant over,......and it is still early...need more coffee..

ebay...chavbay...bootfairbay...its a lottery if anything...still its amazing what folks will pay for junk...or for that matter want for their junk....went to a boot fair last week...saw a metal detector..early 80's rusty looking in places...spoke with the guy it had been in his garage for 15 years untouched...i said great that'll suit my lad...here's a £5...

he said no i'm not that desperate for money i want £15
....i said fine back to the garage it goes for another 15 years....honestly some folks need reminding its a boot fair not an auction...:D
