One thing I'll really really need to get is a radar detector for my Z......it's a licence looser at the best of times.

The radar detector I've got (Whistler) doesn't appear to pick this kinda camera up does anyone know of a detector that does? But it has saved me a few times so well worth the money.

There are two types aren't there? Can't remember their names. One works off a real-time database and works via GPS. Senses where you are and alerts you that why.

Whilst true radar detectors pick up X-band radar emissions (I think) and alert you that way which is why they can pick up the mobile/handheld radar guns.

The Whistler picks up Lazer as well. Heared a story of an update for yer TomTom GPS that has speed camera's on it

On ebay under

SPEED CAMERA DETECTOR FOR GPS. NAVMAN, TOMTOM.

can't find much info could be a scam the other GPS system is the Road Angel I think but there quite expensive I think

Hi BM you forgot to point out the Diffuser will get you a fine if they catch you using it :)

lol...o yer....that as well

Not that id actually use it

(although if the incident was to ever occur i think a hefty fine may be more accomodating than the loss of your licence) ;)
