North West

Hiya folks,

I'm moving up to the north west (Warrington to be precise), so I'm looking for a reliable / quality Zed mechanic to look after her. Had work done at grasshopper a coupla years ago, which was great, but now they've dissappeared I ain't got a clue where to take her.

Any help would be much appreicated :)

Cheers,

-Stu

Hi mate, have heard that c&s woods in manchester are pretty good. I know its not that local but not too far. HTH

Rich

C&S Woods in Astley is probably your best bet.

A few of the guys around here have used them and would recommend them.

Wow great minds and all that???? LOL

'Aint that much choice TBH. LOL.

.

Hiteq in wigan,

DC motorsport I think are in warrington,

RC Developments I think moved to Widnes,

There are few places ;) But Phil at C&S Woods is probably the choice.

Stu, I've just moved up to Warrington myself, from Nottingham, so I was in the same boat. I took these guys' advice and went to C&S Woods yesterday for a full service..

I was very impressed. Phil there obviously knows the Z pretty well, was happy to listen to me droning on about any little problems I was having, intended mods, etc. The work was done in a few hours (even though I'd been vague about what time I'd turn up), and there were no nasty financial surprises. I think they even washed it! :o

The car runs sweet now :)

So yeah, C&S Woods in Astley would be a good choice - the place looks like a standard village garage, but Phil knew his stuff and seemed to care :)

That's great, cheers folks. I'll try C&S Woods first and see how things go.

Got me some new audio bits, so when I feck it up tonight I 'spect I'll give em a ring tomorrow ;)

Thinking about it, does anyone has a phone number for them?

01942 892568

I don't know how much they know about audio bits, but it's worth a try. Phil is the chap who knows Zs there - I didn't have to ask for him, though... they just put him on as soon as I said it was a 300 ;)

That's great, ta muchly :)
