I have been to see this car and what a waste of time it was, I have sent the seller the below email.

This car has faults, I should know because I went down to Exeter to look at it. First the car was over heating which may of warped the heads, 2nd The front grill is bent, 3rd the fan cover is missing, 4th the AIRCON does not work. Do yourself a favor and get the car sorted before you sell it to someone....

I also forgot to mention that the rear lights are cracked, the aerial motor is not working...

In all honestly everything bar from the overheating isnt that bad, and TBH it could even be due to the fan shroud is missing.

Im not saying buy the car, but you have to remember that they will have faults as there a 15 year old car!

Rich

The overheating is a bit of a big deal, but the other things are to be expected of a cheap zed!

Look at the price, your gonna get faults for that kind of money.

You get what you pay for.

Spooky chunk, we must share a brain!!

Well i was already having a bad day, now thats just made it worse!

I thought I just bring it to everyones attiontion as I spent the best point of eight hours traveling to see the car.

I know it can be a big dissapointment when travelling to visit a car and it does'nt meet expectations.

As said, the overheating could be a problem..or it could be something as simple as an airlock in the sytem.

Many zed owners have removed their fan shroud, for each of maintence and many zed's aircon needs regassing, hence not working.

Did he give an indication of the final price he was hoping for ?

The orginal seller wanted £3900 for the car, but as soon as it started to over heat he said he was going to set fire to it and claim on the insurance or put it through auction....Im so happy I walked away now.

lol..£500 if no one else bids

theres no reserve ;)

(although im sure he'd withdraw if it was  )

You know that lol

I just got the below email from the seller on ebay

Only jokin...Im sure it overheats for a good reason

Top response black magic lol

f****K :( :headvswal  .........in all fairness, how could he? ....because he couldn't give a shite about cars thats why. 1994 zed for 3900 is a good buy even with overheating probs. but this owner is obviously a guy who buys fast cars , abuses them, sells then buys another. you made the right decision.
