Clean them inside and it makes a big difference, best way is to take them apart and do them but its a lot of work, you can use a coat hanger with a cloth on the end, the dome glass you can see inside is the main culprit for a layer of dirt that stops the light getting through.

Afraid not, think the only answer is HID kits i've heard of. Possibly brighter bulbs , but at least its summertime and you're not having to drive to and from work in the dark, so you might be sorted by the winter!

But you're right , It's hard to believe a "supercar" has such crap lights.

Or you can try that! :o

For the ultimate lights you need HIDs and chromed and cleaned, I did and the lights are awesome, if money is tight then the clean will help a lot, from looking at mine they didnt look dirty but I took them apart and when you clean the dome glass piece you realise how bad they are.

Do you need to get hold of some of the black adhesive to stick the lights back together?? Also when i tried to take them apart i was afraid i was going to brake the glass.

The glass breaks easily so be careful, I used an old knife longways if you see what i mean so as I gently prised the glass the pressure was not all in one small spot and you need black mastic to put it back together, again care is needed here as you dont want water getting in, I took all the old mastic off as I thought it was the best way to get a good seal but it took all night and I began to wish I had not started but no water is getting in now so I am happy.

thanks for all your suggestions
