Poped in to see how my car was getting on yesterday afternoon and was pretty impress with the work the lads have done so far.

The guy was worried about the paint that I selected and he had a go with an old petrol filler flap to look at the results (was worried about the primer that I have used.)

Its orange undercoat with a yellow pearl topcoat followed by some orange candy Concentrate.

The pic shows the filler cap with no lacure with no candy Concentrate or Lacquer applied.

apparently using white primer brings out the finish more than any other colour

and i cant kill anyone in BF2 unless im in a tank or F16 lol

The original colour I chose needed a grey undercoat, but I was told grey primer will do, so I did, now that I have changed my mind about the colour the sprayers had to test it.

 

p.s. the first person shooters are there as I formatted my computer this week and put some games back on. :hyper:

I work shifts and after getting home at about 22:30 I like to chill out playing battlefield 2 all night :mac1:
