I am in need of another car. I have been searching the net and found this. I know what you are all going to say but what else is there? I looked at a few lexus' and beemers audi's and vauxhall omega's 4X4's but for what I want this one seems to fit the bill. Oh! by the way I thought about getting another ZED but nah! that would be inpracticle 1 is enough?

the s80 is a nice motor vin, mate in work has one a 2.4 on a y plate. very tidy.

The C70 T5 is a much stronger lump and a Rica Chip puts it straight up to

320 BHP at a cost of £500 if you go direct to volvo tunning. If you sign up to the T5 forum it'll cost about £400.

 

+ The C70 comands much higher asking price when you come to resell, are much nicer looking, really well opointed, and not bad on the juice.

 

All the new Sporty Volvos that are coming out are T5's and the New S40 T5 will be 420bhp staight out of the box. Remember The T5R's that thrashed everything in touring cars were nearly 700 bhp.

Unfortunately the T5 seller has pulled it off sale. I was looking at another T5 but it was dark blue and it didnt look that nice. and it had heavy miles. The T6 I know is bigger and Twin Tub'd but apparetntly not as fast as the T5. This dosent really matter tho coz I got a nice perfomance car sitting on the drive. the Volvo is more for power and comfort combined. where the ZED is far from a comfortable ride and not as prcticle for every day use. Shame the T5 in gold was my 1st choice. :confused:

Just looking on a site for tuning Volvo's. And you can tune a T5 (only the new one's) to 400BHP @ a cost of £4600. Now your talking. The T5 S80 can be tuned to 325 BHP. Dont know how much tho'

I'm back again. I aint Whoreing. I got the PINK one. S80 T6. It aint bad, very comfortable and the geartronic box is ok not that impressed but give it time. I was expecting it to be a bit quicker but at first I always pull a car to bits and listen for every little noise. I am pleased with the car. £4K well spent I say. The stereo is FanFookinTastic. :D
