What? As in £20 a month for 2mb or £20 quid extra? I'm just about o move from wanadoo, 17.99 for a 512, capped sucks :(

its a £20 'admin' charge to upgrade. i was on 1.1mb limited to 6gb, now upgraded to 2.2mb for same price (think its £22.99 pr month)

FOOK ME i clicked the upgrade button just before starting this thread last night - connected this morning and i'm on double speed already!!! :hyper: :bow:

It should only take afew mins to do.

 

Its only a software cap, ie, a setting on your profile.

they said it could take up to 10 working days to upgrade me so i was quite pleasantly surprised when it was ready about 10 HOURS later! lol

(and thats after me sleeping)
