1995 R33 GTR V Spec for sale £14500

Just thought you guys might be interested in this Skyline for sale, it really is blindingly quick and at track days at Donington the only thing that came past it was a Lister Storm GT car (but then the driver is sht hot as well).

Please email chris@formula3.freeserve.co.uk for more info.

1995 R33 GTR V Spec for sale £14500

White 95 V Spec GTR for sale. Has front mount HKS intercooler, custom BIG oil cooler, cat replacement pipe, custom stainless exhaust, EPROM changeable ECU, water injection, 4400 quids worth of Ohlins suspension, Nismo negative camber arms, AP Racing "PROPER" race spec six pots and brand new custom AP floating discs, Performance Friction pads and spare pads galore. Spare set of standard wheels and tyres. New clutch assembly. Engine is currently out, has been re bored and has new forged pistons all new crank bearings (crank perfect at standard size

mains and big ends).

Full genuine gasket setused, and HKS steel head gasket, new valve guides fitted and full 3 angle valve job.

New front and rear wheel bearings fitted. Will rebuild engine to purchasers spec to a top quality standard (I build race

engines for a living) or sell as is if you want to rebuild yourself or have done elsewhere.

I am now fed up with looking at it, mad busy and want to sell ASAP. I will listen to any sensible offers around 14500, as it is, or around 15500 on the button ready to drive away. Car is totally

undamaged and all original paint. Possibly best handling none full race GTR in the UK, with sensible and well developed mods. The engine was stripped as I was getting some extra oil consumption and tend to be a perfectionist about this sort of thing. 95% of people wouldn't have bothered but the car was leakdown tested every month and showed a slight increase in loss, the cause was worn guides, but I was intending keeping it so bunged in the HKS forged pistons whilst it was apart. I have now decided to mod my RX-7 as a track day car for next year, and I just want to sell the R33 to the first sensible offer. Buyers arrange their own finance if required, no messers, no waverers please. Might, just might, p/ex manual j-spec none targa MKIV.

Regards, Chris Wilson. Race and performance road car servicing and preparation in north Shropshire.

and I just noticed you guys had a 'discussion' about the Skyline recently, this is in no way related to that, its just a great car that really needs to go to a good home.

Hi John, hope you're well mate?

Cheers for that, anyone got 14.5K I can borrow??? LOL biggrin.gif

Sounds absolutely phenominal, the Ohlins would make almost any other suspension setup look crap and the brakes, proper race ones = titanium pistons flippin fantastic.

Looks like a pretty good buy, but I aint got that money floating around.

not doing too bad Timmy, just finding my time taken up with my 3 week old baby...cant believe how the days merge in to one, and as Im out of contract at the mo I dont even get out of the house...

The Skyline in the right hands is an awesome machine, especially Chris's one. He knows how to tune a car right. Chris's viewpoint was that a stock mkiv Supra vs a stock Skyline r33 would see the Supra putting in faster times, but once you start tuning the Skyline then the 4wd system comes in to its own so you can really use the power.

If anybody is thinking of going to a Skyline, or has a mate who wants one, then Chris's is the one to go for.

Congrats mate on the birth of your baby, nice present going into Crimbo! wink.gif

Boy or girl?

Yeah, that Skylark sounds well nice to be honest...maybe if I had a crystal round thing and could see into the future I would have waited, saved and bought! Muppet!!!

You better make the garage even bigger than you're planning them Tim.. those things are even bigger than the Z! (I know.. I looked.. and thought "bugger.. it wouldn't fit in the garage! oh.. hangon.. I don't have £20k lying about.." smile.gif

I can dream, can't I?

Santa, I'll have an R34 GT-R V-Spec in Burgundy for Xmas, please... smile.gif

And congrats on the new addition Branners..
