It is truely awesome. Will be even beter when full details has been loaded.

Getmapping are doing something similar, but the browser part of the Google gizmo is amazing in comparison.

i tried scanning over the deserted areas of the world and i keep finding these strange 'warehouses' out in the middle of nowhere. totally finding top-secret chemical weapons plants on google.

it depends on how detailed they have been on your area, as time increases they will have better resolution images of all areas, tke a look at london its pretty good already,

have you got a b/band connection mate? also check the options as you can tweak up the graphics a bit - you do need a fairly decent pc and gfx card for it to look guuurd

Laughably, there's a black car that *might* be my zed outside our house.

(I mean on the map, there is a black car that very definitely *is* my zed parked outside our house at the moment.)
