"training wheels" !!!!

Someone said to me today; "nice car mate, shame it's an auto... all that power with training wheels on eh?"

 

I swear I nearly knocked the coont out... :nono:

 

Time for a manual conversion methinks lol I'm starting to miss my old Manual one now...

 

Has anyone else gone from a Manual to an Auto and missed it after a while?

    My first zed was a manual n/a , then i went to an auto n/a. never found difference in performance, but I do remember 3-4th gear was very notchy on the manual. I now have a tt auto, but having the same thoughts as you on the conversion!

     

    however, I think sometimes theres a bit of snobbery from manual owners. I think the auto is very smooth considering the powerful engine.

    Well they must have made an impact if you're now going to change your transmission. Obviously not ZED owners then. Coz then they would know, Wouldn't they? Tw@ts that wouldn't know what to do if you gave them the keys. Meet them all the time? :nana2:
