Typical, day off - planned to paint brake calipers. Got hold of everything I could need and then disaster, I can't unlock the locking wheel nuts! The adaptor wont grip and the edges have started to round off. Hopefully I don't get a puncture otherwise I'm fooked until I can get a replacement.

:(

Not all bad news though, cleaned the rear windows and put my 300ZX.CO.UK stickers in!!! I've only had them about two months.

Oh well, the calipers will have to wait another day.

Most tyre fitting companies have a special tool for removing locking wheel nuts....

Yeah, its called an old socket, an extention bar, and a big hammer!!!

kwik fit or any good tyre place will have a set of sealey locking nut removers.

i just had to have mine taken off it took 10 mins to do the socket has a reversed thread that bites into the security nut and takes it off, unfortunatly the nut is shagged after that but thats the way it goes..

I'm going back to the supplier and they will look at them, may even argue a new set of nuts.
