Turbo failure?????????

Can Any 1 help, My turbo seems to have failed with no warning ,I just notced a lack of accelaration and that the turbo readinge will not go above -1 on the gauge .

Can any one advise

Also what damage will I cause by driving her if the turbo has failed?

and how much is the repair going to cost this time?

will i have re-mortage the house again to keep her on the road?
