My mate just brought back the photos he took of the car. They are incredible. I'm absolutely chuffed with them. I'll post them after dinner as he's done a cd copy as well.

Dave

ps

:ttiwwop:

edit: ok here they are. They look better in very hi-res and printed.

edit2!: Seems to be best if you save them and open them on your own computer ,they dont look right through my browser. Very jerky, but ok when right click saved and opened up again! strange..

That'll be the gimp that hangs around down there. I had to chase him away. I'm actually good looking by the way......

Hmm they look a lot better on the prints..honest (so do I.Not)

lmfao . I owe you one skylinedave.............................................

WOW, the 90 spec front really does make a big difference......

I was loving those pics till more of those bloody caravan lights appeared! :)

Sorry mate, front looks really nice then you go round to the back....

I LOVE the arse on her! much better than the normal one!!

Your car looks great mate. Love the wheels.

If it was mine, I'd get some mesh on the holes in the front bumper but it's only a minor point. Top motor!

  • Author

Yeah was wondering about that. Not sure though, but could do with some protection maybe.

Mine didn't have mesh on, got some fitted on there now and it makes ALL the difference... nice pics mate, it's your pride and joy, so you should be getting excited about photo's of your Zed... I do! :)

Nice pics:cool: .As for whether or not to go with mesh,i thought about this when fitting the front, but as i was after as much airflow as possible i decided to leave it off, depending on size of mesh holes you could lose up to 50% air flow, and being obssesed with keeping it cool, and ripping out the aircon rad and compressor etc the temp was very very stable, even at very high speeds down private runways :D ,all depends on how your going to use your Z i suppose.

Love the lighting on that last pic.

I still get excited with pics of mine and had it years now. Its in the bodyshop now for a major makeover and I got sent some pics of progress so far. I have looked at them about a million times! One just catches it at a good angle and even though it is covered in dust, it looks fantastic. I would post it up but don't want to spoil the surprise once its done!

Very nice indeed! Is that a '99 spec front? Sorry, not too clear on such matters.

It is.. :)

lol. Gary Sinise (forest gump, Crime Scene Investigation my mate tells me. I dont have a Tv, just a laptop permanantly on forums!) is the one on the left, not sure who the one with the badge is.

As for the mesh, I bought this particular car because it looked like it was set up with plenty of safety lee way for driving at its limits, so think I'm going to leave it without mesh. Put some new pirelli P zeros on the rear today hmmmmmmmm nice. Would like some uprated brakes, possibly intercooler, but everyones got their shopping lists so I think I'll just enjoy going fast for now. Got oil pressure, oil temp and exhaust gas temp gauges going on tomorrow so I'll be able to see exactly how shes running when pushed hard. Then I can decide If there is any need for better intercoolers, etc. I love the way it looks but love the way it drives (fffaaaassssttttt) even more.

Dave

ps if anyone wants photos done, my mate said I can pimp him out!
