Feel for you mate, just had to have both of mine done. Needed loads of welding to sort out. Yours isn't a UK car by any chance...?

it certainly is, uk all the way lol luckily my dad is a plater and welder. Anyone know how much a sill is to buy

I recently found out my sills have rusted through, I know zcentre do outer and inner panels but my inner-inner panels are rusty as well. On one side the rust goes as far as a subframe mount which I think is structurally sound (fingers crossed). Rather than weld plates in to replace such a structural part I'm thinking of welding a couple of steel girders into each side, they'll be heavy but they'll be strong.

I just bought the outer arch then made all the inner parts up, would'nt patch it with any thicker steel than .9mm as it will make it harder for your self, and at the end of the day its taken ten years to rot through, will you have it in another 10??
