Not overly convinced about this sort of thing, my Bro is a member of the Wrexham Paranormal Society and cracks me up. He really is the Peter Venkman (Ghostbusters incase you're wondering who the fook PV is) sceptic of the bunch.

 

He's been to a place called Plas Teg and stopped over during the night at other supposed haunted places. He's obsessed with Orbs which appear on pictures which I personally think are just generated by the camera lens.

 

Especially when he was interested in getting a Lexus IS200 and we did a search on the web for imports for the maxxed up version, we found a few pics of a car on an auction site in Rand of Lising sun and on one of the pics was an orb over the brake pedal of an auto motor. So I said to him "Look they have orbs in cars aswell" LMAO :rofl:

 

Well he's got some vid footage of him and his Ghostbuster mates doing a Ouija board but the spirit seems to have problems grasping the concept of spelling...either that or whoever is controlling the wine glass is severely dislexic. :D ;)

 

So any of you guys/gals done a Ouija and come away a believer in the spirit world or just come away drinking more spirits?

well i've been watching big brother all week and I don't think he Knows all that much :D

I quite fancy becoming a ghost hunter TBH ... if only I could make a living out of it ... I love paranormal stuff.

 

I never believed in ghosts until I started seeing weird things happening around my house. Despite everyone being out or asleep, I've seen a boy aged about 10 walking across my landing a few times but found everyone to be sound asleep or downstairs watching a film! It is happening less and less these days but it scares the living shite out of you when it does happen.

 

I recently found out that a 10 year old boy DID tragically die around here in 1979. His Brother pushed him through a window and he bled to death after cutting himself on the glass. He lived in the house behind mine. I can only assume that he would have come here because the previous owners' daughters were also aged 10 back then.

 

Sometimes during the night we would both hear loud noises from the bathroom like someone getting ready in the morning but since I moved the internal walls around and blocked off a door, it hasn't happened since??

The trouble with all things "GHOSTLY" is that with all the publicity and hype still nothing has ever been actually caught on film that proves beyond doubt of their existance. Orb's are there but what they are is debatable? I saw a TV prog' a while back and this bloke had caught on film these spiral looking things that flew around and nobody knew what they were? But they were there without any doubt. I have witnessed a "ghost" but still cant bring myself to actually believe that it wasnt a figment of my imagination? :confused:

I have been to a medium/clairvoyant. Got the number off a friend, called her & went it. She never knew me from Adam. Now I know things about cold reading & unconscious signalling as I studied hypnosis some years ago. I told this woman nothing, just yes or no then shuffled the cards & lay them out. The session was spooky. Her views of my past was spot on, ex girlfriends, kids, work the lot. It kind of makes me wonder about destiny...are we really living a free life or are we pre destined to become something more. Its like kids who can play the piano at 4 yrs old & stuff. just skill or reincarnated souls.....................i'll stop now, i'm scarin myself ha ha

The whole thing's *****cks - it's all made up IMHO. People want to believe things and many really do but that doesn't make them true.

 

That said, messing with these things may cause anxiety so I'd say don't do it.
