Fookin to55ers do it everyday...

Two lorries and about four or five cars all strewn across the M25.

Do these people leave their brain at home or what?

Do they just have a general disregard for other peoples safety or just wanna be a numpty all their life.

Right...I feel better now...just had to eliviate that from my thoughts...

Lorry drivers are the best drivers on the roads these days, as a lorry driver myself, i have noticed that there are alot more accidents between cars and lorrys but i blame the car driver 90% of the time.

A round about is a very common place for a car and lorry to have an accident most accidents happen early in the mornings, car drivers rushing to get to work.

Women drivers are the worst for not giving way and always think they did the right thing. :D

Yeah lorries drivers are much better - I mean, 0.000001 seconds is more than enough time for a car to slow from XXXmph to 55mph when the lorry driver decides to briefly indicate before pulling into your lane :xxx:;)

lol...yup...car drivers dont even fookin indicate...least lorry drivers give you a chance :p

At least you stand a chance against a car.. a lorry will squish you and not even notice (well, maybe not in a Z, but you could drive over the Roadster and not notice) ;)

I jest, I think lorry drivers are (generally) better than the car drivers..

Although.. Say thankyou when I flash you to let you out more, you ungrateful gits

*peers out of his window, waiting for a 30tonner to come trundling round the corner and flatten his car* :D

I'd say they are 'generally' good drivers - apart from that prat that nearly totalled me on the end of the M42. 40 tonnes of DAF bearing down on me at 60 when I'm the last sod in stationary traffic - I filled my pants after that one I don't mind admitting!

They are hampered by some ridiculous legislation (aren't we all?). I just wish they weren't in front of me on a Monday morning, forcing all of us into the outside lane.

Breath in for 10, hold for 10, breath out for 10. Repeat until calm.

aaronjb - have you checked your bulbs?

Does anyone remember that episode of fifth gear with the feature about foreign lorry drivers, if you saw the original cut (not the repeat on men and motors), then that lady who was talking about being hit by one was in fact- my old lady.

Long story short- foreign driver moved into the middle lane without indicating, my mum was already in the middle lane and was spun around in front of the truck, luckily went all the way across the inside lane and onto the hard shoulder so she didn't get flattened by the lorry. The bulgarian tw@t who hit her just stood there on the hard shoulder while she held her unconcious brother's head back to keep his airway open, he had to be cut out of the car.

Not only did he stand there and do nothing, he only just admitted liability for the accident, it has been two years since this happened and despite winning the case we still havent recieved our compensation

Definatley- the lorry drivers in this country are the just about the only people left with any sense on the roads, In eight years of driving I don't think an HGV has ever tailgated me once.

Ain't finished the rebuild yet so I've been alternating between a Prelude and Jag. My Zed is red but thankfully I'm halfway through the gloss white repsray (I can't afford pearl), the only time I thought that my car looked good in red was when I'd had a few lungfuls of paint and thinners.

Btw. for all you black fans- Ive had a black car for 3 years and I fancy a change, otherwise I would be painting it black (everything looks better in black).
