yeah, well if your can bear it. i bought a set of slightly used tyres from a dealer in the centre of leicester. ive been there about three times. i got a yokohama 255 / 17 for the back at a cost of about 40 quid all in. its only used a mil or a couple of mil max off the original tread. ive also had a semperit [or whatever they're called] for 30 nikka.

- i couldnt be aresed payin 120 per time for new ones!

£120 I WISH,Veilside if you had 18s what would ya do then matey?

Excessive wear on the insides usually means the camber is incorrect and often because the car has been lowered

Agree Andy 100%correct.

if had had 18's i would get abdul to sought me ouy! - probably be £45 instead of £40 , but i could live with that!

Veilside just you be carefull mixing and buying second hand tyres,Most of these have been repaired, and that is why these guys sell them cheap.IMHO! buy new good brand tyres,as the cost of replacing your body panals is far more expensive, but even more YOURSELF! wink.gif.

whatta u mean - relacing the body panels??????

He means buy decent tyres rather than a mix'n'match or old half worn repaired ones. You ain't driving a Metro anymore (except Warren of course! biggrin.gif)

Replacing body panels will be something you will encounter if one of your tyres blows - if you don't know the history of the tyres then this is a possibility....

CheerZ,
