The galant broke down just me dad called me, thats the normal family car. So do you know what this means..

The Zed is the only car left! biggrin.gif

The clutch was well dodgy so i reckon its that thats gone which means it wont be working again for at least a week.

edit- i forgot to mention tht that makes me happy!

But the downside is he might get my nans awful 306 again on his way home frown.gif I hope he doesnt

Also another thought has come into my head, we r picking my nan up tomorrow which may mean going up in the Zed and swapping i for the 306 for however long which would be BAD as the Zed would be gone for god knows how long which would make me sad frown.gif

right hes back home, apparently what happened is it just cut out and didnt come back on again as he was goin down the road. He was on his way back from the garage anyway they took it back to the garage somehow i dunno how and gave it the once over and they reckon its the ECU. What would be the effects of an ECU failure? Sounds like me to a CAS failure if it happened to a Zed but unsure about a galant its kinda different wink.gif. Whats your opinions?

Anyway the idea is we drive the 300zx to my nans (she broke her arm/hip in a fall which is why she aint driving anyway), she cant get down into the 300ZX for obhvious reasons so we bring her home in her 306 take her back in it and pick up the 300zx and drive that about he said 'i dont want to borrow that car its bloody awful'. Which is kewl biggrin.gif

Use the Zed as the daily driver, its the only option in the circumstances and your dad would regret it if he didn't.

Get him on the forum here, there are some very rational peeps here that could offer some guidance LOL.
