Thinking about replacing my steering wheel with another standard one.

I assume they all fit?

Both have airbag and horn - no other controls.

How easy are they to swap over? Bear in mind I'm a mechanical incompetent.

Cheers gents

As scubie says remove horn cover!use screwdriver and pryaway from clips

remove electrical plug

attach 19mm socket with long ratchet to centre nut as there normally tight, make sure you have wheels straight and dab abit of tippex if you wish on the spline so you know the exact tooth it was on,pull off steering wheel and replace with new s wheel

easy job - just be careful when pulling the wheel off - it might take a bit of leverage! i managed to snap the horn wires when the wheel finally flew off
