im on a right downer at the moment, think i have just been working too hard and too long my good freind artois will help lift my spirits (hhmm spirits that gives me a idea may go get some jack d's)

If you got any of the green stuff lying around that works a treat, hurts your throat a bit but it takes away the horrible 'ill' feeling for a while.
