Anyone here is running NOS on stock Turbos

I need to know if its a good idea to use NOS on a STAGE III TT Z.

I am talking about 100Hp Kit.

I wonder if it gives you any gain over 1/4 mile and how much that would be or is it just waste of money

Thanks

You running big mother satan turbos then mate?

Only real benefit I think peeps get is when they fit silly hairdryers which take forever and a day to spool up!

Hence where the NOS comes in, provides the kick needed and then the Turbos take over...probably just about the time you cross the 1/4 mark...ROFL biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

Does make a fair difference to the time, but it's getting the power down cleanly that's the real art in 1/4's from what I've heard! wink.gif

you would definatly gain over the 1/4 mile but to be honest you could gain alot more if you can sort the rear suspension out

There is a guy called Malcolm who has NO2 and he ran in the 12's at North Weald on a stage III.
