I was looking out of the window at work on Friday, and noticed two cars outside, had had paint stripper poured over them!! Not whilst at work though ...Still not a good sign. Mind you one was a Vauxhall Cavalier, and the other a Citroen AX!!!

 

One day in the not too distant future, people are gonna stark taking the law into their own hands, and will start laying into these f*ckers....that'll make these un-educated council housed teenage scum-buckets, think twice with their single-cell brains before commiting such a CRIME!!

 

*ahem* just went off on one there. But well justified: Getting my car vandalised when its finished is my biggest fear...

 

Definitly an insurance job I reckon, unless you were planning a respray anyway! (and want to save a years no claims)

Sorry to hear about you trouble mate, am fuming myself at the moment, some little twats tried to gain access or pull the spoiler from my Z (not sure which!) I wish I had not pressed the panic alarm now and ran at them, if my memory serves me right, you can hit them once! Any more then that they can do you for assult....

I can totally understand how ur feeling. Every panel on my car was scratched up last year and had to have a total re-spray. I used Luke's guy Frank, who done a brilliant job on my car. I live in NW London and Nottingham was a long journey but at the end of the day it was well worth it. He knows the car and how to take off and put back on any panels that need to be done. Don't use someone who "says" they will do a nice job, make sure you've seen their work!!

 

It's also now a good time to think of any bodykits and stuff and even a colour change.

Anyway, I've had a new idea of how to stop car theives Even if they break the window they still use the door handle to open the door right? So I'm wondering about using the best skin bonding agent known to man - that's right, SUPERGLUE Put it under your door handle when you leave it - when you come back the little twat is stuck to your door and you can take him for a cruise to show him what a drive would be like if he'd got in - but drive VERY close to lamp posts etc and when the police stop you, you just say he wouldn't let go of the car Would look a bit daft though getting into my Zed wearing marigolds

 

One day somebody is gonna catch one of these little fuckers at it - if it's me I am going to prison - guaranteed, cos there's no way they are gonna leave in anything but a body bag

Mark, you've had a few suggestions already, but here's another:

 

I've used a place call Whites, to paint/fit a new nose and clear up a dent and scuff around a front wheelarch. Possibly a bit pricey but an excellent job. They're an accident repair centre, just off J4 of the M3 so not a massive journey for you.

 

I'll probably have their number at home - reply if you want it and I'll dig it out.
