December 6, 200025 yr Peice of Piss mate, Simply undo the 4 x 10mm bolts holding it to the fan clutch, if you can get clearance you may have to remove the Radiator,I think there is a Shrowd in the way that is connected to the radiator. i dunno i have never tried to remove the fan with the radiator in, so i dont know off the top of my head if the upper fan shrowd can be removed from the radiator, Removing the Rad aint a big Job tho. If you need to remove the Rad do the following : Jack the Car up . Take all safety precautions. Drain Coolant (this will take a while which is why i do it first!) Remove Lower Radiator cover 6 * 12mm Get a suitably large Catch pan or Bucket, big enuff to hold the Coolant. Remove Filler cap from Radiator Remove pressure drain screw from radiator (Black Phillips head screw LHS Top of radiator opposite the filler cap) position catch pan to hand and undo Radiator drain cock, Plastic thingy on drivers side bottom of radiator. The collant shuold begin to drain and a steady stream. Remove Radiator Remove Radiator retaining clamps on top of radiator, (2 * 12mm), Remove the clamp and store. Remove Lower Radiator clamps (2 * 12mm) Remove Lower Fan shroud (4 clips, Just pull then gently at each point to remove) Pull Radiator Upwards to remove, Be mindfull of belts and piping when removing also keep an eye for the rubber radiator mounts at the bottom of the radiator that can make part of the journry with it, They just sit on the studs at the bottom. Remove Fan (4 * 10mm) Hope that helps, have fun. Z ya Nico91TT
