another tubby timer question or 3

ok just had a good look through the faq's and old questions etc, where can i take a vacuum from for blitz dual tubby timer. manual just says somewhere behind the throttle bodies and theres fookin loads of hoses there!!!

also does the ground need to be attached to the handbrake - what is the difference if you just ground it?

and it reads hkPa or something, what relation is this to bar/psi?

thanks fellas!!!

Not sure, but I would have thought any decent vacuum hose would be good enough to take a line from.

As for the earth on the handbrake, im sure it acts as an engine cut-out, if your handbrake is released, then the engine will be shut down, therefore you can only take that feed to the handbrake. If you, "just ground it", the turbo timer wont let the engine run.

cheers mate - just gone to do it, got the handbrake wired up, ground wires done, half the interior out and found out that ive got the wrong wiring loom!!! :hdvswall: :slap:

anyone got any clues as to whether the loom can be swapped about or do i need another???

anyone else had this problem???

chris said some zs have different ignition wiring??? is this a uk spec thing?

the plugs on mine are a mirror image to the wiring loom.

whats the best way of connecting everythin if i do have to hard wire it?

cheers peeps
