smithy

pirelli p-zero's, the car is still the same shape it came out the factory with so they must be ok :p

dunno, I just got some Bridgestone Potenza's? on mine, paid about £130 each and they seem ok.. . . Still slip in the wet, but with 400 ponies going to the rear wheels only I think any tyres are gonna break grip. They seem to stick better at cornering in the wet than my old Kumho's, the Kumhos tended to break grip mid corner and slide the back end. These havent. yet . . . . . . . . .

any opinions on the new goodyear run-flats advertised on the telly just lately

Is the difference between cheapies and big names really worth it?

More important than uprated brakes and suspension. Nothing will affect handling like the difference between budget and quality tyres.

They are the only 4 pieces of the car that touch the road, it pays to pay.
