I sell a lot of things on ebay

 

but Ive noticed over the last few weeks customers in general are getting very OTT

 

Were starting to live in a world where if you pay with your credit cards People expect it there and then the thing is nowhere on my pages do I advertise next day delivery I am not a massive catalogue company with 100 employess etc

 

My items are quite popular so there is a little back log because it takes time I cant help that but I always keep in touch with people who email me

 

and help out if I can..

 

A typical email especially from americans they are the worst!!!!

 

lets say its the 15th

 

" I paid for this on the 15th where is it its now the 16th"

 

 

chris" Hi I am sending it over the next few days thanks chris"

 

 

then they obviously receive but dont read because they copy it into there next email but its as if they haventy read mine because they reply with.....

 

 

 

"its now the 18th and nothing has arrived you are a conman and I am reporting you to ebay I will leave you negative feedback( People love threatening with feedback its there little chance to feel big haa look what I put for him ha ha)."

 

or the best is

 

" hi I purchased this 7 days ago

and it hasnt arrived so Im going to have to leave you negative feedback, by"

 

Well For fecks sake its actually been sent but sometimes postage is useless and anyway thanks for giving mew the chance to resend "

I do read feedback comments but to be quite honest if they are a bit OTT as you say not a lot of people take much notice. Some people in this world just can not be kept happy. They are hell bent on making others lives miserable. What do you sell on there?
