NZR - Help with CODECS, please

I've just spent the last 8 hours downloading a movie over the net, to find that, apparentley, I don't have the correct CODEC :confused:

 

How on Earth do I find the correct one?

 

I've just downloaded the All-In-One CODEC pack, and that still hasn't done any good :headvswal

 

All help appreciated guys 'n gals :d :bow: :bow:
