AP Brake set up? And what is std set up worth?

Even though I am fast running out of money, these below have popped up at a good price. I'm thinking my standard set up is going to look pretty puny behind my new 19's. What do you think a standard ZX set up is worth? Am I right in thinking its an upgrade for the 200 boys? I have 3G grooved and dimpled discs with red painted calipers.

And AP, are they as good as people say?

AP Racing red 4 piston caliper, one piece rotor (13" cross-drilled and slotted rotors). This kit utilizes an AP Racing 4 piston caliper and a one piece slotted and drilled and cadmium plated rotor.
