A friend of mine goes racing regularily, and has raced against many aftermarket turbocharged MX-5's.. They were quick.. Not as quick as him mind (tuned Ren 5 GT Turbo).. Still a damned sight better than standard MX-5 tho!

    They supercharge em too (or did I dream that) - incedentally when Mazda designed the MX-5 they had audio recordings of an MGB Gearbox which they did their best to recreate in the MX5

    Funny lot them Nips, only thing they cant copy and improve is Whisky.
