Well i did it i went to the body shop and explained to him i mentioned about my wings on this forum and here is printed copies of all your replys. He started reading them shaking his head taking deep drags on his fag and then he said what a load of boll@cks, then explained to me it is the wings that are to blaim and you guys have not seen the state of them to comment, he even took me to another body shop to which that person said i wouldnt have even attempted to fit them and that it is down to the supplier of the wings. So all in all it after all this i can see his point of view. I have just recieved an email from the ebay wing supplier saying he is shocked to here about this and could him and his company see them so we can come to an arrangment but he was not pleased that they were sprayed up first, but i explained in another email that my body shop guy thought he could sort them out with 2 pack and some other weird and wonderfull primers and fillers. I am wating now for a reply. I will keep you posted.

Sounds Like They Could Not Be Bothered To Finnish The Work Once They New They Had Messed Up.

Whats The Name Of The E-bay Seller??? As I Think Its The Zcenter Luke ?? Whos Selling Them On There

I thought is was this simon geezer? Thought quite a few people from here bought them as well .. I could be wrong though, so don't quote me on it ...

And if it wasn't Simon, I do apologise in advance :-)

I feel for you bud, really do ... nightmare ... At least he will try to sort something out for you ..

The answer was there for you, when the other bodyshop, prob his mate anyway said, that he would not have fitted and painted them....

your guy DID, therefore, he was happy that the finish was good enough to paint...

he's talking *****x mate, if he couldnt get a good quality finish on the wings, he should have refused to paint and fit them, and billed you for his time...

do not pay him, take the wings to another shop, and ask them to flatten and apply a layer of filler to them.

imo, the supplier of the wings would be within his rights to tell you where to go, if the wings were a poor fijnish, they should not have been painted.

sorry mate, i still say the bodyshop is taking the pi55
