Got the same Infection Dude and I know what you feel like!! Had it fur about a week

Best thing so far is Paracetamol and vitamin c, lots of fluids stay in bed in the warm and take only short journeys in the Z with the heatin' turned right up!!

Stay warm Get well soon dude!!!

300mg's of Codeiene Phosphate, 4 spoons of Benylin original washed down with 6 or 7 hot toddy whiskies.

Guaranteed no cold symptoms whatseoever.

Its a one word cure: SAUNA smile.gif

Get down to your local gym, have 15 minute steam room, and a 15 sauna - perhaps have a nice jakuzzi in between - and you'll be sorted. Works for me every time

Not as exciting as Drink and Drugs but a hot water bottle in your pillow will help sooth the pain in your ears and maybe you can get some sleep.

Also helps if you can get someone to give you a neck/shoulder massage to ease the muscle aches the infection causes.

If you find a chemist that'll dish out that with no script have a quiet word with me later Matt Ladd LMAO wink.gif

Fek.. must be a global thing had it over this side of the pond as well. Anyway get Codral (if you get it there?) the day/nightime stuff.. the nightime tablets are gooood shit, the other night still feeling like crap, I took two, was sitting watching the cricket, 10mins later suddenly felt real woozy went to bed and I think I was asleep before my head hit the pillow. Best nights sleep in ages smile.gif

Didn't wake once - impressive given I live in the central city where it's noisy as f**k, bloody skylines & batmobiles launching from the lights 9 storeys below every 5mins
