do the weld on plates (flanges whatever) come with the kits?????

not a prob if they dont as ill fabricate them from ally to weld on cheers all

    dont take this the wrong way but if i can make it cheaper i will !!!! if all i have to do i a bit of plumbing and machine up a couple of adapters and tig em on then game on !!
