Woke up this morning to find a letter from the police saying that its been 28 days since they sent me a notice to prosicute and if i don't return the document within 7 days i will face going to court. The only problem is this is the first letter i've had from them, i've never had a notice of prosicution!

 

Any ideas on what i should do? Has anyone experienced this before?

i ignored one of these the once and its kind of been forgotten about.

 

buy time and just say youve received nothing they cant prove you have unless they send recorded

Just tell them in writing that you have never recieved the first letter and that you'd like a copy of the Photo and Video evidence.

 

This does 2 things.

 

First it buy you time

 

Second it shows that if you request video evidence then you can use it to prove that their device is inaccurate unless its a fixed camera with road markings. All the rest are inaccurate and video evidence shows it to be so.
