Well I think (I no) a couple of people no that me and my girlfriend are in to Mountain biking..

On Saturday day I went to Wales to afan to go biking with the lads and it was the most awesome day I had ever done!!

Well on sunday me and Gayle went out did a ride local to us.. This day was to be my worst day mountain biking Gayle had a god O mity crash try to ride a 1 1/2 foot drop off.. Had to get the army out to cut the fency in to barracks so we could get her to the ablance..

To cut a long story short (as my spelling poo) Gayle broke her back the spin cord is ok and she can move her feet, legs, arms, hands so please I did not move her!!

She is going to have to stay in bed laying down and be log rolled for 2 weeks then have a plastercast a waistcoat on for 4-6 weeks...

Just shows you how fragile we are. Am still shock buy it as I been feeding her today, yesturday she was flying down single tracks..

Markw thanks for your call today mate.
