Turbo choice and ECU stuff

Many of you will have come across this site before, it contains many useful facts about choice of turbos and ECU tuning/downloads. He reckons in one instance (Greddy TD06-16/20G) that increasing the boost beyond the "choke" area still does produce some more power which interestingly contradicts what has been said in the past.
