Leaving the UK for good on 31st May. If I was to get caught by a camera before I go and the fixed penalty ticket is redirected to me in Canada, would it be safe to just ignore it? I presume that since I will be swapping my UK license for a Canadian one on 1st June that they can't endorse my license even I felt the urge to pay the fine.
