I have just got a CD rom workshop manual for the 300ZX Z32 contains the whole thing in PDF format and also has some really good video's of different ZX races and that sort of thing. If you don't have a copy then and you want one let me know and i will do you a copy and send it to you. Can't be bad. No charge of course.

To be honest it looks a lot more involved and comprehensive than that one online.

Manual is the same but the extras is really cool. there is a vid of MAC 1's Z. :D
