Just a thought,

The BHP gains they boast about found are on rolling roads, where the car would probably benefit from a LITTLE more air in the mix.

Surely when you car is actually moving along it will suck in that much air without the hairdryer.

Mike...

I've heard that if you hook up a vacuum cleaner to the exhaust system you can gain another 15HP by sucking the gases out. :slap: :smash:  :x:

You'd be lucky if it gave you 10hp anyway. The cost on the linked site is coniderably more than the e-bay link, because the 'supercharger' comes with all the bits to wire into the ECU and ask for more fuel.

But at 1psi, you really won't see any difference. Use your £300 on a couple of Apexi Cones and a twin Maf Intake for similar, SAFER gains.

I don't think anyone else has said it yet but boost jets will give you a more appreciable boost rise, and I'd have thought have way less power drain. And easier to install...

(disclaimer! I haven't fitted them to mine yet...)

Mark

PS Turb0z... LOL!

Wow i,m impressed i would be able to blow my kids bouncy castle up in seconds..... as for putting it on my 300zx "TWIN TURBO" FOOK OFF :headvswal it would so screw with the O2 values that it would probably fry the E.C.U it just wouldnt work. If youve got £300 burning a hole in your pocket i,ll sell you a super afc 2 special edition for £175 i,ve got second hand. So far with twin induction and sports cats i am up to 346bhp (fly) and have the prinout to prove it :D

lol you should fit one of these babies in there, flows as much as a greddy 20g with no lag
