99 spec rear lights

bit confused as to the difference between the 99 spec centre panel and the normal centre panel?

 

is there any diff?

 

is it the colour of the writing?

    "300zx" is written in red instead of white, and the inners of the reversing lights have chrome edges to match the 99spec left and right panels.
